January 29th BLH flies out for Addis.
I have been appointed the Associate Professor of Surgery at Arba Minch and been asked to consider being the Director of the Department of Surgery. I was asked to take a 5 year contract but at this time have only agreed to sign until the end of July 2014.
March – Robin is planning to come to Ethiopia via the Netherlands to see a family. They are friends, supporters and are expecting another baby.
She obviously will have a lot to do in the house and as a wife but is planning to be somewhat of a secretary to me as there has also been a suggestion of me having further added administrative responsibilities.
December – will bring up our 50th wedding anniversary and we are hoping to come home for that and Christmas.
